Booking Policy For Mini Treatments - Brows & Lashes

I REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AND I’D BE HAPPY TO REBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO NOTIFY WILL RESULT IN FULL PAYMENT OF THE TREAMENT.

Missed Appointments

FAILURE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AND/OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE TREATMENT IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING IN THE FUTURE, THIS IS AT NATASHA’S DISCRETION

Late Arrivals

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE NATASHA MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME FRAME. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF NATASHA DOES NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15 OR MORE MINUTES INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IT IS CONSIDERED A “NO-SHOW” AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT

Booking Appointments

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING ALL SERVICES, THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TOTAL AT THE END OF YOUR TREATMENT. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ARE CARD, TRANSFER AND /OR CASH.

Cancellations

I REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 5 WORKKING DAYS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AND I’D BE HAPPY TO REBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO NOTIFY WILL RESULT IN LOSING YOUR DEPOSIT AND/OR FULL PAYMENT OF THE TREAMENT. THIS INCLUDES NOT FOLLOWING PRE/POST CARE ADVISED BY NATASHA RESULTING IN HAVING TO DELAY YOUR TREATMENT.

LATE ARRIVALS (MORE THAN 20 MINUTES) AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL, THIS IS AT NATASHA’S DISCRETION

£150 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT DATE WHICH IS DEDUCTABLE FROM THE TOTAL. THE REMAINING IS TO BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE TREATMENT. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ARE CARD, TRANSFER AND /OR CASH.

Booking Policy For All Services 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS/ CHILDREN - AS MY PREMISES IS VERY SMALL ONLY 1 ADDITIONAL GUEST CAN ACCOMPANY YOU. UNFORTUNATELY NO CHILDREN/ YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 12 AND/ OR PETS ARE PERMITTED IN THE CABIN. IF YOU ARRIVE WITH CHILDREN OR PETS THEN YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY, UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BOOKING DEPOSIT AND ASKED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE YOU WERE BOOKED IN FOR.
